The service performs checks, and generates alerts for, everything from a simple ping to more complex SNMP or port checks, Windows® Service status to Windows® performance monitoring.

No agent software needs to be installed on the servers you wish to monitor and the service architecture allows for high reliability and scalability to monitor both large and small environments.

When used in conjunction with the our Website Performance Monitor and Email Server Monitor, the Systems Monitor Service provides a more comprehensive view of your environment so you can readily identify system failures and optimize service performance and quality.

Flexible Notification and Escalation
Our flexible notification policies offer several ways to send alerts-depending on which application, server or site generates an error. Based on the duration of error, easily configured escalation policies will alert the appropriate staff. Alerts can be routed to different teams during off-peak hours.
